A pod is a group built around an interest or a part of your life: music and nights out, food and cooking, being new in town. Each part of your card can be shown to some pods and not others.
Your location stays rough
Your phone rounds where you are to about a 300m square before sending it, so the exact spot never leaves your device. That square gets overwritten when you move, and deleted 45 minutes after you stop.
Each part of you has its own audience
Each group or trait you choose has its own setting for who can see it. Sensitive pods start hidden, and nothing you tap is used to guess at them.
